Alena Goldstein

Alena was born and raised in a small town in southeast Iowa. She graduated from University there with a Degree in Media and Communications and a Minor in Education. Traveling, competitive beach volleyball, teaching/learning with kids, connecting with people of different cultures and sharing inspiring stories are huge passions in her life. Alena’s drive, easy going countenance, adventurous spirit and ability to connect with people have allowed her the opportunity to intimately experience diverse cultures that have expanded her world view, and sparked deep passion to capture the people she’s met and share their stories through videos and photographs. Alena believes that the language of compassion is universal, and the more we can share and connect with each other, the greater service and joy we can bring to the world.
